Destination address MUST BE either a freight terminal or Non Residential Business Address. This will be determined at the time the order is placed. You’ll have no surprises here.
1. Smaller items will be sent using UPS or USPS. By default we use standard ground. If you need special delivery needs or faster service than the carriers standard methods it is up to you to pay the difference.
2. We are authorized to ship worldwide freight but the purchaser is responsible for any import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs or any other charges that may apply.
3. Freight items such as roofs, cooler racks etc. are too large for UPS to handle and therefore must be shipped truck freight. Freight companies charge extra for residential deliveries and because of that anything that is shipped freight by us will have to be shipped to either a Non Residential Business Address or the closest freight terminal for your pick up. Have an accounting firm in your spare room at the house? Sorry, it’s a residence. That being said we’ve shipped to banks, bases, pizza shops, beauty parlors and all points in between.
