We use heavy duty 1/4 inch polycarbonate glass (poly) for durability and rigidity. The lower aluminum panel is ready to accept our front rack and is cut to follow the Rangers hood contour… so you won’t be wearing the trail when you get to point B. Both the top and bottom of windshield has an aluminum stiffener built in to prevent it from bowing.
This Polaris Ranger windshield can be removed in seconds without the need for any tools or loosening any other items such as your aluminum roof or front rack.
